Thanks, Piers. I didn't look at any detail, only that he has a 99%
positive rating. I've emailed them and haven't received a response yet
but it's only been a day. We'll see what happens. I'm still rather
astounded at how well it seems to be made yet doesn't come anywhere near
a fit with respect to flange thickness. It's also not labeled as to
mount other than on the box. I'm wondering if it could possibly be for
a different camera/lens mount combo. I'll have to check it over more
thoroughly to dispel that notion. If I'm only out 18 bucks it was a
cheap lesson.
