HaiFeng Photography [the seller of that OM=>EOS AF adaptor] has an on-line
store here:

Google the name and it does not have its own site nor is there any evidence
of the actual business location.
I suspect that it is a knock off operation located in China producing badly
fitting brand name fakes.
