If you really want something like this to use, the Pentax
Copypod is the easiest to find. It is very similar to the
Olympus, but with a 49mm filter ring attachment only.

On an OM body with the 50mm 3.5 macro lens it was perfect for
copying flat sheets of paper. Books weren't as easy, but if
you could hold the book still and flat enough while focusing,
it worked fine.
