Thanks, Mike. My system is behaving today. I have been able to identify
short spikes such as mail searches every two minutes, and ninety second
updates on another program that I monitor. All seems normal. I hope it
remains that way. So far, I have only experienced a few episodes of
problems. Another user was plagued by crashes.
I have also looked at the claims for v4, but would like to see it mature a
little before I risk an upgrade. Another list member tried to install it on
a Mac, found it was not compatible, but had already over-written his v3.6
installation.
