Without the shadow of a doubt, e-pl2 :
The kit lens alone is worth it. It's movie and still compatible, meaning a)
silent b) faster to lock focus c) much less wobbly (2 extending elements
instead of 3) c) non-rotating front lens for polarizing filter d) compatible
with newer optic addons.
The Mk1 wasn't bad, but the Mk2 addresses all the shortcomings of the previous
version.
On top of that, the camera has about twice the computing horsepower of the e-
p2, a weaker AA filter, faster AF, and the new EVF socket for whatever Oly may
think to add to the camera (the e-p2 socket is already incompatible with newer
accessories like penpal bluetooth).
E-p2 has only metal shell and 2nd dial going for it. Not much, really, it's
reeking of soon to come EOL. In any cas, E-pl2 will retain longer a better
resale value should you decide on an hypothetical e-p3 soon.
Just my opinion.
Cheers,
