Yep. I grew up in Hendersonville. Family's been in them mountains since the
memory of man runneth not to the contrary. Drank a lot of beer, did a lot of
skiing and wooing of the ladies at Lake Lure in high school and after I got out
of the Army.
If you go up from the beach area and the boat put-in to the end of that arm,
and swing to the left, (if memory serves) our place was in the first big cove
on your left. Do a little diving there and you might come up with some antique
Schlitz and Budweiser. <g>
WARNING: PHOTOGRAPHY CONTENT: I did some of my best early black and white work
when I wasn't submerged in Schlitz or chasing young ladies.

PS I find it interesting that my spell check recognizes Budweiser, but not
Schlitz.
