Yeah, that sounds delicious, though I might go with something milder
on the chicken, and add thin-sliced pumpkin to it. I could get the
goat cheese (Gympie-sourced) from my brother-out-law's farmers market
stall, the lovely chicken from also-local Bendele Farm's market stall,
and grab some coriander from the garden. No wood-firing available to
me though - just an oven and a pizza stone, though I'm happy to make
the dough.
