As others have noted, both only go to 2:1.

Not that I'm aware of.
Having had both, I must say I'm partial to the f2 lens. I would say it
out-performs the f3.5 at any aperture, any magnification. But in many cases,
not by much. It just seems to have a crisper "look" -- painfully sharp! (Don't
use t for portraiture on anyone over 30!)
