Seriously, Wordpress is very hard to ignore. It's not strong enough
for zone-10, but for not bad at all and very simple to pick up.
However, Drupal (wait for the new version to be fully released) is one
seriously powerful and flexible environment. All of them have prefab
skins available that simplify the development of the look and feel of
your website.

I can and do program stuff in HTML with internal websites at work. I
can do 10x the stuff in 1/10 of the time with my CMS.
