You hopeless, squeamish fools! Octopus is wonderful. It just has to be well
blattered first. The traditional technique was to whack it on the rocks when
you brought it ashore but now, in the markets, they use specially modified
concrete mixers. Greek octopus, stewed in red wine and pickled slightly -
exquisite antepasto.
