Brian,
That's a downer! I sometimes screw up and delete a folder by accident, but
I usually realize it shortly afterward. Because of my carelessness, and
equipment worries, I keep my photos backed up on archive hard drives that
only connected to the computer for the duration of the transfer.
This morning, I copied all of my 2010 photos to this drive, to join those
from 2008 and 2009. At least I have a second place to look if something
seems to be missing.
