As mentioned before, I'd be happy to host a TOPE Version 2 on zone-10
and would empower however many individuals to run/maintain it.
Zone-10, frankly, belongs to this community as much as it belongs to
me. As everything is based on various PHP structured content
management systems, it is a breeze to maintain.
