Wiliam, yes I was being a little sarcastic/ironic in my remarks. In
this country, we are told that we need to be more like the Netherlands
and Sweden for these very reasons. France was held in high regards
too... Obviously, our educational system here is a bit lacking as we
have so many people who have this utopian vision of other countries.
