Thinking this out a bit more the XX cells, actually still have a little more
capacity after 1 year, even though self discharge is higher, because they start
out with 25% more capacity.
Nominal at 1 year original eneloop : 1700mAh
Nominal at 1 year XX cell : 1825mAh
For longer periods the new eneloop (not XX) are likely higher capacity.
