Claims

3) works to lower temp -20C vs -10C

Same higher terminal voltage as old eneloop cells, which works better in many
electronic devices with high cutoff voltage.
The lower long term self discharge makes them even more attractive for low
discharge applications like Mice,smoke alarms etc which normally use
disposables.
The low temperature performance is very nice for high current applications in
flashlights,cameras etc.
