Definitely not the easiest way, as the first step is from shorter to longer
register distance.
However, the Canon EF(EOS) mount has a shorter register distance than Praktica
BP, so there is room to insert an adapter.
There are many on the 'Bay. At first glance, almost all look like this one.

Strictly an example to get you started, as I have no info on this seller, just
one of the cheaper ones with good
feedback. There are also some fitted with AF confirm adapter chips.
Much easier than a mount transplant!
