It's interesting then that the cases and hoods didn't survive until the
used lenses were sold to me. Maybe sold separately for a greater
return. It's also interesting that I don't believe I got a hood and
case with my 50/1.4. Maybe part of the price competition of the time
where the hood and case for my lens were sold separately to someone else.
