Nipped up to Sydney for the launch of the Samsung NX100 this week. Usual PR
circus. For some strange reason they decided that we'd just love to spend the
morning cooking our own lunch, after a demonstration by a celebrity chef.
A bit of fun -
Ceviche of Snapper with Blood Orange and Fennel salad.
Rillette (?!) of Salmon
Crab Cakes with King Prawns, Aoli and frilly bits.
The frustrating part is that while I got to play with the NX100 with a 20mm
lens, I don't actually have one to test! And we didn't get to take away the
shots we took (I was too busy cooking anywayb - my team were hopeless).
For what it all cost, they could have just given me the bloody camera to keep
and use. (Flights, accommodation, school and chef fees) I really don't get it.
Here's a few shots -
