Remember that the cameras have different sensors, Kodak and Panasonic.
There's your difference.

I'm feeling somewhat relieved to see that others find something of the same
limitations as i do with the E-system.
I was beginning to think there was something wrong with my deductions.
Yes, I know my colour management systems are not what they might be.
But I'm thinking of focus accuracy and resolution limitations.
The other day I was looking over some of my E-1 shots, and it seemed to me
that the colours were richer (maybe more saturated) than with E-510 and E-3.
I never run my digitals with in-camera saturation enhanced (as far as I
remember), so it is something intrinsic to the camera.
