Ken ...if the photographer's images are targetted for web / internet
publication only perhaps the camera's exposure has been locked at 1600 ISO
as the happy medium to capture both static and action photos with the least
amount of camera over-ride ..... sort of dumbing down the photog's thought
process ahead of pressing the shutter release button.
