Can someone with an E-420 or later body with live view clarify its operation when using manual exposure and manual focus? I see no reason for the mirror to drop for the exposure. But does it? The E-420 manual makes no mention at all of using manual exposure in live view mode. Even the E-3 and E-30 manuals seem to be no more informative.
