[OM] Permanent OM to EOS conversion

I came across a tech that converts Rokkor, FD, and OM MF lenses to EOS mount. 
Right now I have an OM to EOS adapter, however it is difficult to focus since 
the viewfinder is dark. Would permanent conversion solve that issue? I would 
love to use more MF lenses if I could focus the lenses.
