Perhaps the Swallowing Leech (Erpobdella octoculata)?  Check him out 
about 1/3 of the way down the page.

It seems to be the only thing I've found with closely spaced bands.  If 
you stretched this guy out he might look the same.  But I didn't look 
far enough to find out where he's from.
