Interesting question. How do you meter a flash bulb? Would a modern meter see a 1/60 second long burn flash bulb as "flash" or as "ambient" or maybe neither? I looked around for Dr. Flash but he's nowhere to be found. He'd probably be embarrassed that he doesn't know the answer.
