The most amazing part of this story is not that he was blowing his nose
but that he was stopped in traffic, in neutral and with the handbrake
engaged. That he was not in control of the vehicle is a farce. I think
any US judge would dismiss this case in 30 seconds. I hope the UK judge
does the same. If it were me I think I'd file a case of "harassment"
against the cop.
