This list's expertise runs the gamut from existentialism to haggis and
computer issue are a piece of cake for many members. I recall
AG commented favorably on the W700 from Lenovo when it was released.
It is a bit of a femur crusher to really be a laptop but has a dual
screen, included color calibrater and Wacom tablet. The W510
announced at the 2010 CES seems to have the wide gamut display amd
included color calibrator. It has a smaller screen --15" or so with a
16:10 aspect ratio. It only has one HD unlike two in the W700.
The rumor mill has a W710 being released within a month. Perhaps a
W510 is a good answer though. I hope it has enough vertical real
estate.
It does come in a touch screen flavor, but I haven't a clue how image
editing programs would deal with that.
I will listen carefully to any comments.
Thanks,
Mike
