The pay version of SyncBack will back up locked files with the exception
of one system file whose name I can't recall at the moment. Not a
problem since that wouldn't be required unless cloning the drive which
is done without Windows running such that Windows can't interfere. Pay
the $29 or whatever it is. It's worth it.
