I think so.  You should be getting images at 4000 dpi which are near 
11,000 pixels wide (depending on how much of that 70mm width is actually 
used for image).  At 48" you should be able to get about 220 dpi or more 
without ressing up the image which is pretty good for a really large 
print.  But there's an easy way to tell.  Just crop out a representative 
section of the image and print it at 8x10.  Assume that you do have an 
image that's 10,560 pixels wide.  Divide it by 48" and you get 220 
pixels per inch.  An 8x10 crop of that would be 1760 x 2200 pixels. 
Crop out a piece that size in pixels and print it 8x10.  Put it on the 
wall and stand a couple feet back as you would when viewing a really 
large print.  Recognize that you might have to hit it with some noise 
reducing software to suppress the grain.  But you can decide that after 
you make a test print.
