Quite a book, eh? It is unrelentingly dark with only the barest glimmer of
hope to be found. When finished I found myself hungry for more backstory but
realized that McCarthy didn't want anything to detract from the story of the
relationship between the Man and the Boy.
When finished I imediately started James Crumley's "Last Good Kiss". I may
need Prozac by weeks end.
