I think his comment was that my retina was still a little swollen.  I 
suspect that there's a bit of trauma to various parts of the eyeball 
when they stick that ultrasonic lens homogenizer into your eye and stir 
the pot to dissolve the lens.  Glad I wasn't very awake.  :-)
