I've had it on the C-5060, C-8080, and Lumix FZ-5. Live histogram in
conjunction with AEL works fine on all, though the execution is nicer
on the Olympus cameras. The Lumix remains a nice camera for some
things but is kind of a hilarious combination of fantastic optical
unit trapped inside a really cheaply contrived and executed body.
When I wanted to get started with some sort of digital camera,. I got
a lot of enthusiastic encouragement to go straight to a DSLR, but I
really needed a bridge. I'm glad I had some experience with those
cameras because I learned that there are some great things that can be
done as a result of having an EVF. That will actually translate into
some enthusiasm on my part for m4/3 that will not come from any other
felt need.
