Another landmark. I was able to discard my special $35 shower seat and
stand up during my shower this morning. The weight loss is apparently
coming to a close. I've only lost 1 pound per day the past two days. I
went from 194 on the day of admission to 206 and now back down to 188.
(all weights on my own home, digital scale).
