Pelikan M200 + Aurora Blue for me. Only things I could afford in
college. Did all my essays and note taking with that! Got a lot of
looks, but as you say, something about a smoothly scratching nib
across paper, very tactile, and seeing the ink go from a shimmery
liquid to dry as you write.
Sadly, don't write nearly enough to use it anymore... I should pull it
out, clean it, and stick in my laptop case again :)
