You don't do batch conversion? I select those I think have similar
exposure characteristics and convert in a batch. Usually about 6 to 12
shots at once. But I don't blindly accept the result. I look at each
one beyond the thumbnails and usually end up applying a small tweak to
some of them... but not all. But the tweak is usually a small change to
exposure or fill light or highlight recovery and is quickly done. Other
settings usually stay the same.
