I've seen Len Rue's Suburban (Len is a stock photographer). He needs 
something that size for the equipment vault he hauls. No room for a 
mattress :-)

Galen Rowell had a Suburban in the early part of his career. I think he 
filled it mostly with Suburban spare parts.
