That "body only" T45 is a partial item.  It really does need the base
bracket.  Battery is optional, of course, as the unit can be externally
powered from a Quantum.

The $200 complete unit is high priced UNLESS the battery is included and it
is freshly rebuilt. Then the price is reasonable and the price/performance
of the flash is outstanding.
