You can find all 3 in North Carolina depending on whether you're in the
western, central or eastern part of the state. I like tomato based or
vinegar, not so much mustard. I didn't get along well in southern
Alabama where all I found was mustard. But I think tomato base is most
common in most of the country. :-)
