ROTFLMAOL!!!!!
>> You can get everything that Ken just listed in the OM-4T for 1/3 the
price.
>Except for:
>1. OTF flash control in manual-exposure mode,
OK, although its real usefulness was discussed a while ago.
>2. Ability to take hours-long time-exposures in sub-zero temperatures,
??? The OM-4(T), like the 2/2n/2S, have fully mechanical B setting, so I
don't see the difference here...

Speaking of Fangs... I got recently you-know-where a (certainly brassed,
right) 4Ti for EUR 106.79 -- about US$150. The test roll came out perfectly
and everything seems in working order. Does it qualify as a fang?
Strange purchase... never had a 4T(i) although my first OM (long ago sold)
was a plain 4. I am aware that the queens on "available darkness" OTF
metering are the 2 and 2n, but I'm a bit surprised to find that, set at ISO
3200/36º and lens cap on (and viewfinder covered, just in case), OTF
exposure time is less than a second... it does however increase at lower
film speed settings, and well within the specified minute @ ISO 100/21º.
Is this the expected behaviour? IIRC, my old 4 had a non-linear behaviour:
if exposure was going over a few seconds (can't recall the film speed) it
went all the way to about 2 min.
Cheers,
