I have to correct myself on something. About 200 digital images were taken with the E-1. Nearly all were JPEGs of campsites, test shots, trial balloons and other nonsensical stuff. Oh, and my daughter took a bunch too while we travelled down the road. So the E-1 did actually earn its keep, but it never had the honor of joining the film gear in the main bag.
