I have not come across LitmusApp before. From a quick look, it seems
primarily to be concerned with how different web browsers render pages, and
not what happens when the end user changes the size of the font that his web
browser is using. So it does not surprise me that your web pages look OK
with LitmusApp.

change the size of the font that their web browser uses; worth reading, I
