I have not bought them recently but the Old style Novoflex bellows used to be
very cheap $20-35US. They are much better than OLY or similar system bellows,
for field use being both much more compact and more robust. Very old ones
meant for Leica M series lenses already have a 39mm flange. You can also use
39mm enlarger lens flanges (non Novoflex), mine cost about $5 ea, usually a
darkroom specialty house stocks them. You may need to drill 4 small holes in
the flange to match the pitch of the Novoflex mount hole spacing. If you want a
good quality OM flange for the back you can use a donor as-is 50mm F1.8, lens
from KEH for ~ $10 or get a suitable T adapter for 4/3 etc.
