I had opened up all three of mine and modified two. The first one proved to
be the charm, but the second one I ended up shredding the trace. One is
marginal in reach, but two of the three are more than satisfactory for
casual use. Fresh batteries AND using the PC-sync cord seems to be the best
configuration.
Oh, one other thing.... Just maybe this is the biggest factor.... I get
the best performance if I have my "16 channel" units set to all four
switches down (off).
