One of my brothers once ran a parking lot in Whistler BC. When planning to
put up a sign to advertise it, he checked the town bylaws and discovered
that his choice of material - plywood - was not permitted. So Neil, ever
inventive, ended up with Whistler's one and only legal "laminated fir" sign.
