Well, it probably comes as no surprise that I'm partial to the young
woman waiting at the tram stop. Something about it. Perhaps it's the
way she's apparently staring into the middle distance, wrapped in her
own thoughts, unmindful that in no more than a few days an aging
American half a world away is going to be looking at her image,
wondering what she's like.
