Oh, Scottish weather is vastly different from East Anglia's, Frank.
Either it's blowing harder, or it's (generally) colder from being so
much further north. However, I do know that the Gulf Stream has a
great effect on the temperatures, particularly on the west coast of
Scotland.
And we have booked a holiday on the west coast up near Lochinver,
within sight of Suilvenn, a magical lump of rock. So we can test the
effect of the Gulf Stream (again).
