No need to set resolution when setting pixel dimensions. Resolution is
a meaningless number unless accompanied by physical dimensions and, in
that case, the two control the pixel dimensions. Without specification
of physical dimensions the resolution value is only "advisory" and plays
no part in any actual display of the image.
