Do a focus check with your problem lenses, most likely the problem was due
to E-3 focusing error, the E-3 I had consistantly gave me front focus with
11-22 at 11mm and 50-200 at 50mm, the other focal lengths also affected but
not that much. While the 14-45 was working perfectly.
For the 180/2 it could be a problem of the MF system, mirror angle, focusing
screen position... etc. Try to use live view and your image should be sharp.
My late purchased E-520 also had front focus problem and the viewfinder is
too small for MF, that's why I totally gave up on the 4/3.
