Certainly, as Moose put it, like the F2 and F3 I seem to remember, both 
a ST and MLU in the same lever - or even more simple: the same ST and 
the same MLU of the 1, but with diaphragm pre-fire like the 4.
I wonder if this last issue was too difficult to build inside the body, 
using mechanic parts only.
Not to put a dedicated lever only for diaphragm pre-fire, as the Canon 
A1 had and looked bizarre ( IIRC ).
Mechanic ST/MLU/DP would look cool, but if I think it twice it already 
has an electronic meter display ....

Anyway, it's cool as we know it, but could have sold better perhaps.
