They have packed too much into these software packages. Mcafee does slow down 
your PC as much as Symantec does. They have become very bulky with each rev. I 
prefer the FREE AVG AV, its free and not bulky. It provides decent protection. 
Couple that with Spybot (www.safer-networking.org) and you should be all set.
