Don't bother.  Just get one of these Turbo battery clones instead

and connect up with a Quantum CO3 cable

(they can be had on the bay for about $20 if you wait long enough)
The SP Systems pack should recycle a T45 from full dump in about 3 sec. 
  I use one connected to two T-32s via a Quantum "Y" cable and that's my 
guess at the recycle time which should be about the same as one T45.
